A Tracking System Above the Rest

With our Blue Chip Tracking System®, you can be assured that your uniforms will get to you just the way you ordered them. When uniforms enter our facility, they are sent through a bundle scan, to make sure that the number of uniforms that we received matches the quantity on your uniform order. If the scanner registers that the uniforms that were picked up don’t match your order, we will resolve the issue before moving forward with the cleaning process. Because of RFID technology, we are able to provide you accurate data of your uniform rental program from pick up to cleaning to delivery. The Blue Chip Tracking System saves time and money by reducing the amount of uniform shortages in your program, saving you on loss charges.

An Impeccable Cleaning and Inspection Process

Our Cleaning and Inspection Process

When your garments come into our facility, they are handled with care. Each garment is equipped with an RFID chip that keeps your uniforms on track throughout our cleaning, sorting and delivery process. As your uniforms go through our bundle scan, they are counted for order accuracy. Any repairs or special orders are registered through our Blue Chip Tracking System® to ensure that your request is fulfilled. Garments are cleaned with our industrial strength washers that were specifically designed for our products. Our garment washing experts select the proper formula and automated wash cycle for your specific uniform material and environment. Once the wash cycle is selected, our machines automatically put in the right amount of soap, the right type of agitation and the right temperature of water.

Stains need to be removed at the temperature at which the garment was stained. That is why a uniform rental program will make sure your garments get cleaned in a way that is custom to your work environment and any stains that you may get within your work environment. If your uniforms are heavily stained and exposed to petroleum products, our Heavy Soil Wash will remove stains in a jiffy. There are specific wash cycles for garments that are around food or around animals. We pay special attention to the pH levels of our wash cycles. We add a sour/softener near the end of the wash to deactivate the soap, leaving your garments clean and comfortable.

Once your garment is cleaned, it is sent through our inspection process, where Blue Chip Certified Inspectors perform a 100% inspection to ensure that your uniforms are stain free to be brought to you looking clean, consistent and professional.
